Once upon a time, children, youth and adults ran and played football, climbed trees, jumped rope and rode bikes. They were active.
Nowadays, they mostly spend their free time with TVs, tablets and smartphones. They have become passive.

Several University researchers have recently suggested that especially kids under eight years old should engage in physical activity for at least 3 hours per day.
Why? Because the more active kids and youth are the more successful they become in school and life.
